IEEE Launches Concur Travel

IEEE has launched Concur Travel in partnership with its preferred travel agency, World Travel, Inc. Concur is the leading online travel booking tool and offers users a unique set of features, functionality, and support that will make booking travel a quick and simple process. Concur Travel offers both domestic and international reservations.

Benefits of Concur Travel

• Easy-to-use online booking tool: Store frequent flyer numbers and travel preferences, manage an individual unused ticket, and simultaneously create air, rental car, hotel, rail, and dining reservations.
• Information to keep you safe on the road: Utilizing Concur Locate, IEEE will have the ability to quickly locate and communicate with an individual traveler, making sure the individual is safe no matter where he or she is traveling. 
• Mobile application: Book reservations easily, check an individual travel itinerary, keep updated on a flight status, search map locations, and much more. Learn more about Concur Mobile.

How to get started

• Existing users: Log in into Concur Travel
• New users: Create a new user profile 
  • The request will be reviewed and the requestor will receive a welcome message with further information on how to complete the process.
• Unsure if you have a profile? No problem. You can simply contact World Travel’s Concur Online Travel Support team and they can help.   

Concur Travel will provide an enhanced travel experience for both employees and volunteers.
